Create a ticket for technical support.
To create a ticket, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.alveni.com and sign up to create an account with the REGISTER option on the top right side of your browser. If you already have an account, proceed to Log in with your username and password, and go to Step 2.
2. Select Tickets option.
3. Click on “Start Ticket”
4. Select Tech support USA and continue.
5. Fill out the form with the requested information and Submit your ticket.
Trouble logging in? Simply enter your email address OR username in order to reset your password.
